The progress of the ERASMUS+ cooperation partnership project eWBL was successfully presented at the thematic monitoring of all ERASMUS+ Strategic Partnerships and Cooperation Partnerships projects organized by the DAAD (Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst). The thematic meeting took place from 12-13 of Oct 2022 in Bonn, Germany, at the Wissenschaftszentrum.

The event combined expert presentations on data protection and open-source materials with thematic monitoring and exchanging of experiences among partners. Moreover, all project coordinators could present their respective projects' progress via poster presentation sessions and receive feedback. The eWBL project was received positively by the event participants.

The eWBL project focuses on how students' transversal skills, such as collaborative problem-solving and interpersonal communication, can be fostered in a digital environment. To this end, the project partners took the COVID-19 pandemic, which forced educators to offer work-based learning in an online environment, as an opportunity and conducted 79 interviews with key stakeholders (students, educators, and supervisors). Those 79 interviews were then converted into 5 national reports representing the project partners' countries (i.e., Germany, Netherlands, Italy, Ireland, and Slovenia). So far, the project is running smoothly, reaching all the targeted goals.
