These capacity-building programs, delivered in a hybrid format, are designed for educators and trainers responsible for developing and implementing online or hybrid work-based learning experiences for aspiring graduates within their institutions.
The capacity-building program which builds on the large-scale study conducted at the beginning stages of the projects is complimented by the eWBL framework and Toolkit which were subsequently developed to provide practical guidance.
The capacity-building program are offered in a highly engaging and interactive formats to be able to benefit from the substantial expertise of the participants who themselves have substantial experience in supporting students with work-based learning opportunities in their respective institutions.
Moreover, to enrich the discussions, when possible, partners have invited eWBL experts and integrated local examples along each phase of the eWBL implementation framework.
We encourage readers to download all the case studies, national reports as well as the eWBL framework developed in the earlier phases of the project, which are freely accessible on our website (https://www.ewbl-project.com/) and share it within their networks.
