As Head of the university Internships Abroad Unit, I work on the borders between students, graduates, youth trainers, recruiters, and national and international institutions.  

I mainly take care of the following activities: 

• Project management and implementation of the Erasmus Plus Programme to develop internships for students and recent graduates 

• Development and management of vocational training programmes with host partners (i.e. companies, NGOs, chambers of commerce, Italian embassies and consulates, etc.) for specific career paths 

• Drafting of new agreements with international host partners to increase cross-sectoral cooperation activities 

• Organisation of training seminars and workshops to foster career development  

• Drafting of job-hunting materials for the trainees
